The estimated delivery time is shown on the shipping page at checkout. These timelines are indicative and may vary depending on your location, distance, and logistics partner serviceability.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, we will share the tracking details through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other available communication method.

Courier Delays

Delivery timelines may be affected due to courier delays, weather conditions, operational issues, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Multiple Shipments

Your order may reach you in more than one package from different locations. However, only one delivery fee will be charged for the entire order.

Important Shipping Terms

Cash on Delivery Policy
Cash on Delivery is not a trial option. Payment must be made before accepting the order from the delivery partner. Refusal of COD orders may result in deactivation of the COD option for future orders.
Special Delivery Requests
For any special time-bound delivery requirement, please email us before or immediately after placing the order. You may also mention the requested delivery timing in the order notes. We will try our best, but special time-bound delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Courier Partners
Orders placed in India are delivered through safe and reliable courier partners such as Delhivery, XpressBees, Amazon Shipping, and other trusted logistics providers. Delivery coverage depends on their serviceability and reach.
Cancellation Before Shipping
For order cancellation, you must email us within 4 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Failed Delivery or Doorstep Cancellation
We will be unable to process any refund if the order is cancelled at the doorstep, refused at the time of delivery, or if there have been three failed delivery attempts by our delivery partner.
International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be available soon. We do not currently ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
