Return & Refund Policy

Damaged Product Received

We pack our products with a lot of care and love so that they reach you safely. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please send us a clear photo of the damaged product and the outer box within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Once received and verified, our team will resolve the issue for you at the earliest.

Return Window

We understand that sometimes a product may not fit into your home as expected. For such instances, we provide returns as a service.

  • Return requests are accepted only up to 7 days after delivery.
  • Please clearly mention the item or items you wish to return.
  • In case of partial return, please hand over only the selected items to the pickup agent.
Return Charges & Store Credit

Eligible returns will be picked up from your doorstep without any additional return charge. Once the returned product is picked up and passes our quality check, we will issue store credit or a voucher for the value of the returned items.

  • Shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable.
  • Store credit/voucher can be used for your next purchase on our website.
  • The voucher will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
  • We reserve the right to deny a free return if a previous COD order has been cancelled at the doorstep.
Product Condition for Return

To complete a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition in which it was received.

  • The product must be returned with its original packaging.
  • All tags, labels, invoices, papers, accessories, and original inserts must be returned with the product.
  • Products failing quality checks may not be eligible for return or store credit.
Repeated or Multiple Returns

We reserve the right to deny a return or charge for the return if multiple returns are initiated from the same account or for the same order.

All returns and quality checks are subject to the discretion of My Cuire.

Reverse Pickup Availability

In rare cases, a pincode may be unserviceable by our courier partners for reverse pickup. In such cases, the reverse pickup can only be arranged once the pincode becomes serviceable again.

Missing, Tampered or Undelivered Parcel

Missing products or theft in transit is extremely rare. However, if you feel that your parcel has been tampered with, please contact our support team immediately.

  • Please take a clear video before opening the package if it appears tampered.
  • If you receive a delivery SMS/email but have not received the parcel, contact us within 24 hours.
  • Complaints received after 24 hours may not be eligible for investigation or resolution.
Shipping Delays

My Cuire uses third-party courier services and is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, operational issues, location restrictions, or any circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery timelines shared on our website are approximate. We will, however, extend the best possible support to help your order reach you as soon as possible.

Order Cancellation & Alteration

Orders cannot be cancelled or altered after 4 hours of placing the order.

  • Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If a shipped order is not accepted, it will be treated as a return.
  • For COD orders, My Cuire reserves the right to deny future COD orders.
  • For prepaid orders, My Cuire reserves the right to charge two-way shipping costs in case of non-acceptance.
Return Approval Process

All return requests must be approved before processing. Our customer care team must receive and approve your return request by email or WhatsApp.

Once your request is received, it may take up to 48 hours for the team to respond with approval or rejection.

Return Processing Timeline

We aim to process all approved returns within 10 days after pickup and quality check completion.

Once the returned product clears our quality check, you will receive store credit or a voucher for the eligible value of the returned items.

Online Orders & Offline Returns

Orders placed online on mycuire.in cannot be returned at any physical offline store unless specifically approved by our support team.

Handmade / Artisanal Products

For handmade or artisanal products, slight variations in texture, color, finish, shape, and size may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Each piece may be individually made, and such differences add uniqueness to the product.

Bulk or Customized Orders

For bulk orders or customized orders, this return policy may not apply. Returns, replacements, or credits for such orders will be discussed and decided on a case-by-case basis.

Jurisdiction

We aim to resolve all disputes amicably and in good faith. In case any dispute remains unresolved despite our best efforts, the jurisdiction shall be Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Important Note: All returns, approvals, quality checks, replacements, store credits, and vouchers are subject to the discretion of My Cuire. However, we always aim to offer a fair and helpful resolution to our customers.
